I agree with the idea of caretakers for convenience purpose. if you can't bring your pet to hollidays you won't let them starve till your return right ? someone needs to see after their needs. but that someone is definitely NOT an owner. Caretaker seems fine. As I like the feeling of Lulu's key box I think there could be an option to give a caretaker box. one that can be reset by the owner if the caretaker "forgets" to send back the key. Something along the lines of a "spare key" would be fine too. I do't see the point of adding them to the deed myself. But others might want a line saying "Currently in the care of : ...."
