An easy way to demonstrate the problem is either a screen capture, or better, a video capture. A good vidcap can give important clues to the problem.

If you don't have a video capture software, a great free tool is Jing . They're from the company that makes the popular Camtasia Studio.

1. Download Jing, set up. Run it.

2. In Second Life, reproduce the problem you're having. Make sure chat messages are recorded.

3. When you're done, upload the video to Screencast.com (one of the Jing buttons will do this, it's free.), and then send the link to Lulu at https://lu2.me/contact . Alternatively you can attach the file to the form.
