Why can't I touch things further than 1m when I'm locked in my LULU Cuffs?
The idea is that because you are locked in your cuffs, you should be deprived of the convenience of touching faraway things at will.
This can be changed in your Cuff Menu (/1c or touch any cuff):
*Cuff Menu > other… > RLV options > notcouch.
Only your Owner can change your RLV options.
