If your Certificate lists CITY NOIR ^* as your owner, it means you are either self-owned or currently you have no owner, at least according to the database.

If that’s not the case, and you already have an owner that is not yourself, it means your HUD is not updating correctly. Try these steps:

1. Reset the HUD (HUD menu > HELP… > reset…)
2. Reset owners (*HUD menu > owner… *) and add owners again.
3. If it still doesn’t work, it means SL’s borked the HUD really good. Just get a new HUD (HUD menu > HELP > New HUD…) and reset owners (previous step). That should work.
