This could be an SL sync issue, caused by SL borking one of the scripts in the cuffs.

Try each step till it works.

1. Reset your HUD and try again (HUD Menu > HELP… > reset..)

2. Get new cuffs at the Update Switch . Wear the HUD. Instead of setting up, click “transfer” at the setup screen and transfer everything from your borked HUD and try again.

3. While wearing your new HUD, re-setup that one cuff with the problem. (HUD Menu > HELP… > resetup…). Try again.
    (If you don't know which cuff is the problem, you can try wearing each pair in turn (first the wrists only, then the ankles only, etc.) and clicking the relevant cuff menu to see which pair is the problem. You can set-up each cuff of the pair till it works.)

It should work now as we have gotten a totally new HUD, and set up a new cuff.
