You've just rezzed your HUD inworld, and the yellow hovertext above it reads:

ERROR: No worn HUD detected. Rightclick me and 'Take' me back to inventory now.

(Do not drag me to the ground unless you wish to 'Transfer' gear. http://lu2.me/tr-err ).

You only need to rez your HUD inworld if you're trying to transfer some LULU collar, cuffs or gag from it into the HUD you are currently wearing. ( See http://lu2.me/transfer )

You will get this message when the rezzed HUD cannot detect any HUD worn by you to transfer the gear into. You need to take your HUD back to inventory.

If you intended to transfer, you need to be wearing your destination HUD, i.e. the HUD with the highest version number before you rez the source HUD.

If you didn't intend to transfer, wear the HUD instead. Don't rez it.
